Today’s scholarship success story comes from Alex, a Bronx native who managed to find the right direction and experience success at New York University:

“I come from a low-income area of the Bronx and I wasn’t exactly the greatest student. I was actually a problem child. Compared to my previous school, [private school] gave me a chance to restart. It’s empowering knowing that someone out there is trying to help you succeed.”
